Reports have been coming in from throughout the city of an eerie calm. Ernie Lardner, former Paragon Times reporter, provided an account of a PPD call box coming back online in Perez Park. Whether via web, shortwave, handwritten letter or simply word of mouth, the underlying point is the same:
It is over, at least for now. The nature of the cataclysm is being investigated by groups such as SAM, and Citizens are urged to remain vigilant. Casualty numbers are fluid and likely unfathomable, and the reason for the mass disappearance of our caped protectors remains unknown. But even "The Rapture", as it's come to be known, appears to be ending, as heroes are being spotted with increased regularity.
